Dr. Tsai is a veteran of the medical device industry with over 20 years of experience. He was iXensor’s first general manager and now serves the company as a project consultant. Prior to co-founding iXensor, he was also the founding member of Bionime and served as CEO of Bionime China. He received his Ph. D. in Chemistry at National Chung Hsing University.

Based on it, iXensor created PixoTest®, the world first FDA approved smartphone camera-based blood test system for health care in 2017. After iXensor Co. Based on our PixoTech® platform, the smart sensing technology for connected healthcare, we have developed a wide range of professional In-Vitro Diagnostics and end-user self-test products. iXensor received several international awards, including the 2014 MEDICA eHealth Innovation Award, 2017 Digital Health Award, 2017 Japan Good Design, 2018 CES Best BabyTech Award, and 2019 German Design Award.
