Roger Smith

Roger Smith is the president of RMax Technologies, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in government and defense strategies. With over 40 years of experience in federal executive and legislative branches, the military, and industry, Roger leads efforts to enhance technology development for warfighters. They previously served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Navy in two roles, and held significant positions within the House Armed Services Committee. Additionally, Roger has held board memberships at the National Medal of Honor Center for Leadership and IXI Technology, and serves as a strategic business advisor at Metrea. Educationally, they are pursuing degrees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Montreat-Anderson College.
