Don Bunk

Don Bunk is a seasoned data scientist with extensive experience in academia and industry. Currently serving as a Senior Data Scientist at IXIS since November 2019, Don previously held the position of Data Scientist at Social Sentinel, Inc., where contributions included designing a Shiny application for Twitter content aggregation and developing models for client content analysis. Don's academic career includes visiting assistant professor roles in physics and mathematics at Skidmore College and Hamilton College, as well as research and teaching assistant positions at Syracuse University. Educational achievements include a PhD in Physics from Syracuse University and dual bachelor’s degrees in Physics and Philosophy from SUNY New Paltz, supplemented by an associate degree from Dutchess Community College.
