Jack Kane

Jack Kane is a board chair and audit committee chair who currently serves as board chair at Health Catalyst and as chairman of the board at IXIS. They also hold board roles as a member and audit chairman at Greensea Systems and as a board member and audit chairman at DealerPolicy, and provide financial and strategic consulting for emerging companies. They started their career with Ernst & Young for five-plus years in Boston and served as CFO of IDX Systems Corporation for 22 years. They have served on boards of public and private companies, and on boards of non-profit institutions, with some affiliations involving company sales or competitive-conflict resignations. They earned a BS and MACC in Accounting from Brigham Young University.
