Andy Phillips

Andy Phillips is currently employed as a Quality Assurance Analyst and Technical Support Analyst at IXL Learning, where they troubleshoot issues on the K-12 learning platform. In the past, they have also worked as a Support Specialist at the North Carolina Coalition to End Homelessness and as a Program Support Specialist and Program Coordinator at Triangle Family Services. Their educational background includes a Master of Library & Information Science from North Carolina Central University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with an Information Analysis focus from Roanoke College.
