Jackson Wright

Jackson Wright has a diverse work experience in various roles. Jackson started their career as an Account Services Representative and then worked as an Associate Account Specialist at IXL Learning. After that, they worked as an Autoroster Support Specialist and later as an Integration Support Specialist, where they provided account provisioning/maintenance and access support to school and district customers using SQL to troubleshoot customer data. Jackson also worked as a Senior Integration Support Specialist and served as a key advisor to management, coordinating intra- and inter-team activities, and assisting with strategic planning. In their most recent role as a Team Lead, Integration Support at IXL Learning, Jackson leads a team supporting account provisioning/maintenance and access for large educational institutions and plays a crucial role in identifying integration-related needs, piloting new features, and conducting front-end QA testing. Before joining IXL Learning, Jackson worked as a Reader/Evaluator at Measurement Incorporated and as an Install/Takedown Technician & Booth Manager at Learfield IMG College Seating. Jackson has also gained experience as a Student Teaching Intern at Durham School of the Arts.

Jackson Wright completed their education at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. From 2013 to 2017, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in both History and Latin American Studies. During the same period, they also pursued a minor in Geography. Following this, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Teaching from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they hold a Professional Educator's License in Middle Grades Social Studies from the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.
