Molly Means

Molly Means has extensive experience in education and teaching. Molly began their career in 2008 as a Kindergarten TAP Mentor Teacher at Jackson Elementary School. Molly then joined Teach For America in 2009, where they served as the SLA Early Childhood Content Team Leader until 2011. In 2012, they worked as a Kindergarten teacher and mission volunteer at VEMA School Tanzania. Molly also served as the Delta Institute K-2 math Content Leader at Teach For America from January to July 2012. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Kindergarten Teacher at Children's Charter School. In 2015, Molly joined Democracy Prep Public Schools as an Elementary Administrator and Founding Kindergarten Teacher, a role they held until 2022. Currently, they work at IXL Learning as a Professional Learning Specialist starting in July 2022.

Molly Means attended Ohio University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and European Studies.
