Simon Sim has diverse experience in technical recruitment and customer support within various organizations. After serving as a Technical Recruiter at The Maven Group, which specializes in placing IT and Engineering professionals, Simon transitioned to IXL Learning as an Internet Sourcer in March 2025. Prior experience includes a role as a Customer Support Analyst at Celonis, where Simon contributed to enhancing business efficiency through advanced process mining solutions, and a position as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer at Celonis during a period of mass layoffs. In addition, Simon worked as an HR Information Systems Specialist at North Carolina Central University from February to June 2024. Academically, Simon holds a Bachelor's degree in Apparel and Textile Marketing Management from North Carolina State University and completed IT Tech Fundamentals training through NPower in 2024.
