Stephanie Souter

Stephanie Souter, MLS, CECTO, serves as an Account Manager at IXL Learning, where responsibilities include building relationships with district leaders to enhance product usage and secure renewals. Prior to this role, Stephanie was a Consultant at Double Line, Inc., focused on addressing data challenges in education systems, and previously worked as a Business Development Representative, cultivating relationships with education leaders. Stephanie's extensive experience in education technology began at Johnston County Public Schools, where roles included Education Technology and Library Specialist, and spans positions at Neuse Charter School and Johnston Community College. Academically, Stephanie holds a Master's degree in Library and Information Science from East Carolina University and has completed graduate studies in Communication and Public Administration, alongside a Chief Technology Officer Certification from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
