Devdutta Modak

Devdutta Modak possesses extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as CMD of Axar Digital Services Pvt Ltd since March 2009, Modak is actively involved in developing a Board Governance support framework with initiatives like BoardEye and BoardGauge. Additionally, Modak has held the position of Chairman at Ixsight Technologies Pvt Ltd since January 2007 and has been the CMD of Spectrum Business Support Ltd since January 1988. Modak began a career in management as a Graduate Management Trainee at Raychem Inc and gained foundational experience as a Junior Officer in Audit at PwC. Educational qualifications include a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, a Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, and a B.Com. in Commerce & Economics from Ness Wadia College of Commerce, Pune.
