Currently, they serve as the Senior Independent Director at Playtech Plc, Vice Chairman of Weatherbys Limited, and a non-executive director at DataWorks Group. Having previously held CEO positions at Sportech Plc from 2005 to 2017 and Arena Leisure Plc from 1998 to 2005, Ian successfully transformed both companies into leading entities in their respective fields. Ian retired as Chairman of the National Football Museum in January 2022 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Sciences from the University of Manchester.
