Tom Palacios

Tom Palacios has a diverse background in customer service and sales, with experience as an Équipier at BURGER KING® France and a Serveur at SCI AU CHATEAU DE BOAST during wedding receptions. Tom worked as a Représentant commercial pharmaceutique at Nonna Lab, where responsibilities included training pharmacists and managing customer relations. As a Promoteur des Ventes Grand Sud at Continental, Tom managed client portfolios, implemented CRM solutions, and analyzed data. In a role as Ingenieur chef de projet international, Tom collaborated with global teams and created project management tools. Additionally, Tom served as a Marque Ambassadeur for Lydia, promoting products on campus. Currently, Tom holds the position of Ingénieur d’affaires at IZIVIA - Groupe EDF, focusing on project negotiations and client management, while pursuing studies at NEOMA Business School.
