Nathan Berard

Nathan Berard is an accomplished sales operations and CRM professional with extensive experience in lead generation, data management, and sales process optimization. Currently serving as Head of Sales Operations & CRM at iziwork, Nathan leads outbound lead generation initiatives, oversees campaign setups, and manages key performance indicators. Previously, Nathan held various roles at KESTIO, including Consultant CRM and Sales Operations & CRM Manager, where responsibilities included managing internal SDR teams and enhancing sales and marketing processes. Nathan's early career involved project management in continuous improvement at Expert Teleportation and sales roles at Carrefour and Darty. Nathan holds a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Project Management from IPAG Business School and is pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Universidad Iberoamericana.
