Our mission is to streamline restructurings, both for employers and employees. Our ambition is to become the leading restructuring platform in Europe.
Izoard was born from the meeting of two complementary backgrounds. On one side, a SaaS entrepreneur who experienced the complexities of a French collective layoff from the inside. On the other, a seasoned HR director who has overseen three of them in his career. Longtime friends, Luca and Marc decided to combine their expertise to create the tool they wish they had.
