Michael Sullivan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Michael started their career in 2004 as a Vault Custodian at Loomis, where they worked until 2008. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at Stop & Shop as a Contact Center Agent II. In 2014, they had a brief stint as a Freelance Writer at Providence Media. Finally, since 2016, they have been with iZotope, Inc., initially as a Desktop Support Specialist and currently as an IT Support Specialist.

Michael Sullivan began their education at Bristol Community College in 1998, where they pursued an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Michael attended Bristol Community College for a period of 16 years, completing their studies in 2014.

Following their time at Bristol Community College, Michael transferred to Bridgewater State University, where they enrolled from 2014 to 2018. During their years at Bridgewater State, they earned a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in English, specifically focusing on Writing.
