Rob Clamp is the Chief Operating Officer of IZZIO Artisan Bakery, leading one of America's top sourdough bakeries. With over 22 years of experience in operations, engineering, and leadership, Rob has consistently driven business growth, managing substantial P&L responsibilities and capital projects exceeding $150M. Previously, Rob held executive positions at renowned companies such as Dave's Killer Bread and Flowers Foods, where they significantly increased sales, reduced costs, and enhanced operational efficiency. With an MBA from Eastern Washington University and a Bachelor's degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy, Rob is a Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt trained professional dedicated to continuous improvement and organizational excellence.
