Doug Forster

Doug Forster is an experienced sourcing executive with a robust background in the retail industry. Currently serving as Chief Sourcing Officer at J.Crew since July 2020, Forster has previously held senior positions including Chief Sourcing Officer at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. and Senior Vice President of Global Sourcing at Chico's FAS Inc. Earlier career roles include President and Executive Vice President at Loyaltex Apparel USA, Inc., Owner of ESS, LLC dba Yesim North America, and various leadership positions at Gap Inc. Forster earned a degree from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business between 1979 and 1984.
