Erin Cullen is a Co-Active Coach and eCommerce Program Manager with a focus on enhancing the customer journey through various digital platforms. Since joining J.Crew Group in 2015, Erin has excelled in project management, leveraging skills in Agile Methodology, JIRA, and eCommerce Strategy. Erin holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College and has obtained certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Passionate about diversity and inclusion, Erin founded the PRIDE Associate Interest Group and co-leads the WOMEN+ AIG, fostering community engagement and leadership development within J.Crew. Additionally, Erin is the founder of Erin Ann Cullen Coaching, where they provide personal coaching to clients seeking self-discovery.
