James Mount is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital technical delivery and project management within the retail sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Digital Technical Delivery & Operations at J.Crew since 2010, James has successfully executed large-scale, multi-channel initiatives and led the International Direct expansion as a subject-matter expert. Previously, James held various roles at Kate Spade & Company from 2004 to 2009, including Manager of Partnered Brands Retail E-commerce, where strategic integration of retail analysis and web trends was pivotal.
