Kat Burrows currently serves as the VP of Collection Merchandising for Women's at J.Crew, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Kat held the position of VP Merchandising for Ready-to-Wear at TORY BURCH from July 2022 to September 2025. Previous experience includes consulting roles in merchandising for HATCH Studios LLC and LoveShackFancy, as well as leadership positions at ALTUZARRA and Proenza Schouler, where responsibilities spanned merchandising for accessories and ready-to-wear collections. Additional consulting experience was gained with various fashion brands, including Charlotte Ronson and Jenni Kayne. Kat Burrows earned a BFA in Fashion Design from Washington University in St. Louis.
