Mike Nicholson

Mike Nicholson has extensive experience in executive leadership roles within the retail and consumer goods sectors. At J.Crew, Mike served as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Interim CEO from January 2016 to January 2020. Prior to that, Mike held the position of Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer at ANN INC from January 2007 to January 2015. Mike's career also includes significant roles at Victoria's Secret as EVP, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Operating Officer from January 2000 to January 2007, and as Senior Vice President at Colgate-Palmolive from January 1996 to January 2000. Additionally, Mike held various finance leadership roles at Altria between January 1993 and January 1998. Mike Nicholson holds an MBA in Finance from St. John's University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Niagara University.
