Neil Perry has extensive experience in retail management, having held various leadership roles throughout a career spanning over two decades. From July 2017 to May 2025, Neil served as General Manager for Old Navy. Earlier positions include Store Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch (November 1998 - August 2002) and various roles, including General Manager Times Square and Store Manager at Swatch Group (May 2005 - October 2009). Neil was subsequently General Manager at Vera Bradley from March 2013 to July 2017 and held the title of General Manager at American Eagle Outfitters for a brief period in 2012 before transitioning to Store Director at J.Crew in April 2025. Neil earned a BBA in Marketing from Texas Tech University from 1997 to 2000.
