Shea H.

Shea H. is the SVP, Deputy General Counsel, and Assistant Secretary at J.Crew Group, where they manage the legal team supporting commercial operations for the company's brands. Shea's extensive experience includes roles at Hudson, LLP, S&P Global, and Kensho Technologies, along with an internship at Loyens & Loeff. They served as the Head of Technology and a Global Board Member for Women in ETFs from 2018 to 2024. Shea is pursuing multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Law (J.D.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.), while previously obtaining an Executive Certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management.
