Whitney Bender

Whitney Bender is an accomplished design professional currently serving as the Senior Design Director at J.Crew since August 2021. Prior to this role, Whitney held the position of Director at Victoria's Secret from January 2018 to August 2021 and was a Senior Designer in Sleepwear and Apparel. Whitney's earlier experience at J.Crew includes working as a Sweaters Designer from November 2015 to January 2018. Additional design expertise was gained as an Associate Sweater Designer at Tory Burch from January 2012 to November 2015 and as a Freelance Designer at Brian Reyes in June 2010. Whitney Bender holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Fashion Design with a focus on Knitwear from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
