A Family run business with over 30 years’ experience in the industry, we offer an exceptional personalised service to ensure we are catering for your every need. We have undertaken many domestic projects for ourselves (as property developers) and for our clients; traditional and contemporary, renovations & restorations through to extensions and unique new builds.

In addition to this we have carried out (and continue to do so) a number of commercial projects and work packages for local councils, Marks & Spencer, Birds Bakery and Primark Clothing to name a few.
We pride ourselves on producing a quality product with complete client satisfaction. In 2006 we won the coveted Melbourne Civic society award for the “Outstanding restoration of two nineteenth century houses” on Potter street Melbourne that was later featured in BBC’s “Homes under the Hammer”.

As a company we offer an unrivalled service over conventional building contractors in that we will work tirelessly with you, suppliers and other professionals on every detail of the project ensuring total client satisfaction and a quality project delivered on time and to cost. Our differentiator is that as developers ourselves, we have a vast amount of knowledge relating to the choice of materials and fittings, and in sourcing quality products and services at affordable prices. Many of our customers work with us from an early stage of planning to personalise their home.
As a business we pride ourselves on being able to provide a unique aftercare service like no other. We hold the strong belief that it is imperative to continue to support our clients long after practical completion.

We understand that any project is a major undertaking and having started along this journey, selecting a capable and reputable company to undertake it is likely to be the single most important decision you make; at J&K Developments we endeavour to make the whole process as enjoyable and stress-free than you could ever imagine.

From start to finish, we offer an exceptional service with a superior finish.
