Charles Stone has been working in the tech industry since 1996. Charles began their career as a Software Engineer at APCO Worldwide, where they co-founded APCO Technology Services, a technical services division of the company's public affairs business. In 1997, Stone moved to GEAC / Interealty, where they served as Technical Lead / Software Engineer and designed and developed the company's first web-based Multiple Listing Service (MLS). In 2000, Stone joined Syntricity as a Senior Software Engineer, where they redesigned the Data Access Layer to extract several gigabytes of data to support web-based wafer map analysis. In 2003, Stone began their role as Director at InnovaSystems International, LLC, where they developed a strategic approach focusing on data visualization services and maintained a strong understanding of the company's products, service portfolio, and the needs of current and prospective customers. In 2009, Stone joined Booz Allen Hamilton as an Associate, where they developed the Vision/Roadmap for SPAWAR System Center - Atlantic VA Program. In 2010, Stone became Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at RSDCGROUP, LLC, where they supported SPAWAR System Center - Atlantic VA Programs and served as the Executive Architect supporting the development of the Veterans Benefits Management System (VBMS). In 2019, Stone was appointed Chief Executive Officer at J-Mack Technologies.

Charles Stone's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego, obtained between 1991 and 1995 with a focus on Management/Marketing/Leadership. Charles also attended Poway High School from 1987 to 1991. In addition, Charles has obtained three certifications: ITIL Foundation from Loyalist Certification Services in 2013, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2021, and SAFe 4.0 Advanced Scrum Master from Scaled Agile, Inc. in 2017.
