Donna Rykaczewski

Donna is a dedicated professional bringing over 25 years of expertise in operational support including accounting, human resource, payroll, benefits administration, recruitment, and staff development. She has a passion for building and retaining highly effective teams. Donna brings a clear understanding of best practices, empathy, and logic to achieve objectives.

Before joining JMC, Donna served as an HR Director for a Native American non-profit where she was introduced to the world of public health. She assisted the Director of the Tribal Epidemiology Center with tripling the team’s size, creating retention and career development plans, and administrative oversight of the epidemiology team. Donna has also been a Chief Financial Officer/Owner for a manufacturing company, a Senior Project Manager for a payroll service provider, and a Finance/ HR Manager for a hospitality group. This provides a diverse foundation that she will use to enhance and strengthen JMC as we continue to grow. Her favorite quote is from John C.
