Celina Ma is a highly experienced professional in the construction advisory domain, currently serving as Managing Director at J.S. Held LLC since September 2020. Prior to this role, Celina was a Partner at Examine Construction Consultants from 2015 to September 2020, where expertise included the preparation of expert reports, claims, delay analysis, scheduling, manpower productivity analysis, and impact analysis related to work execution changes. Celina gained further experience as a Manager in Financial Advisory at Deloitte Canada from September 2013 to December 2014, following the acquisition of TMA Construction Consultants. Prior to that, Celina held the position of Senior Consultant at TMA Construction Consultants from January 2005 to September 2013, focusing on claims preparation and analysis. Celina holds a Master's degree in Project Management for Engineers from Université de Sherbrooke and a Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering from Concordia University.
