David Saunders, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Lead at J.S. Held LLC, where responsibilities include managing the full cycle recruiting process in the U.S. Prior experience includes roles at ICSC, where David was a Talent Acquisition Specialist, conducting vacancy briefs and managing interview processes, and a Human Resources Assistant, where tasks involved processing time off requests and coordinating job interviews. David's early career included positions as a Human Resources Assistant at SBH Health System and a Human Resources Intern at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, as well as a Recruiting Intern at Executive Alliance. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Queens College and earlier studies at SUNY Geneseo and Jericho High School.
