Tom Ruby

Tom Ruby is the Survey Discipline Lead at J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. and serves as a Land Surveyor member of the Idaho Board of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors. Tom has been with J-U-B ENGINEERS, Inc. since 1998, where they also hold the position of Corporate GNSS Survey Manager. Prior to this, Tom worked as a Survey Technician and Highway Transportation Designer for the Idaho Department of Transportation from 1991 to 1996. With over twenty-two years of experience in the survey profession, Tom specializes in GPS surveys, having focused on this area for the last fourteen years.
