Jake Zimmerman

Jake Zimmerman is a Senior Integration Consultant at J2 Interactive, collaborating with Gainwell Technologies and the California Department of Healthcare Services to implement the InterSystems HealthShare data platform for Medicaid's Population Health Management Service. Prior experience includes serving as a Customer Success Lead at Epic, where management of internal groups focused on customer interfaces and support enhancements occurred, as well as roles as Team Lead and Integration Engineer within the same company, overseeing interface implementation projects and developing technical support methodologies. Jake's initial professional experience was as a Control Systems Engineering Intern at KBR, Inc., contributing to project teams in database maintenance and document organization. A graduate of the University of Delaware, Jake holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
