Rich Brown

Rich Brown is an experienced Account Manager at J2 Interactive since June 2014, overseeing the Salesforce support team and managing major clients while also acting as project manager for significant implementations. Rich has a strong background in consulting, having served as a Senior Consultant for a respected firm, focusing on code development and business development with Epic. Additionally, Rich has volunteered as a scuba diver at the Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden since November 2015, contributing to the maintenance of various animal exhibits. Earlier career roles include Epic Bridges Interface Analyst positions at Providence Health & Services and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, as well as an Epic Interface Analyst role at Catholic Healthcare Partners, where Rich implemented interfaces across numerous healthcare providers. Rich holds a Masters of Healthcare Administration from Ohio University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
