Tri Au serves as Director of Professional Services at J2 Interactive since March 2013, previously holding roles as Program Manager and Principal Interface Developer across various healthcare organizations including Rady Children's Hospital, Missouri Health Connection, and Seattle Children’s. With extensive experience in interface development and project management, Tri Au has led significant conversion projects and the development of over 225 interfaces using Ensemble. Prior roles include Interface Developer at UCLA Health System and Systems Integrator at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, with a strong background in systems design and integration. Tri Au began the career as a Senior Systems & Programmer Analyst at Aptium Oncology, focusing on mentoring and managing large-scale integration projects, and has foundational experience in database development and network administration from work at Athena ISG/GTXtreme Inc.
