Jeff Gilliland

Jeff Gilliland is a founding principal of J2 Engineers, Inc., a position held since August 2007, where the primary design focus includes large and mixed-use planned developments, school and municipal projects, urban developments, and neighborhood retail centers, all involving significant infrastructure components. Previously, Jeff Gilliland served as a Project Engineer, Associate, and Principal at Urban, Ltd. from 1989 to 2007, where foundational skills in design and team leadership were developed, notably opening the Chantilly office in 1999. Jeff Gilliland earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech between 1982 and 1987.
