Kelly Watson, EIT, is a Project Engineer I at J2, with professional experience that includes a previous role as a Transportation Intern at the same company since May 2022. Kelly Watson earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from George Mason University, completing the degree in 2022, after graduating from Loudoun County High School in 2017.
