Laura Hooker

Laura Hooker is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and program management. Currently serving as President at J2E Technology LLC since April 2015, Laura is responsible for staff recruitment, training, evaluation, and the establishment of administrative standards. Prior to this role, Laura owned and managed operations at J&J Essentials from September 2013 to April 2015, also focusing on recruitment and administrative procedures. Laura's experience includes a position as Senior Program Manager at QinetiQ, where guidance was provided for the implementation of a SharePoint-based knowledge management system. Additionally, Laura held the position of PEO C4I PMW 160 CANES Production Assistant Program Manager at NAVWAR, managing program acquisition activities and budget estimates.
