With an exquisite eye for details, JA Architecture studio offers fully bespoke, turnkey design and construction services to a portfolio of discerning clientele. Creating projects that excite the eye and also indulge the senses, our firm strives to place the clients’ property in the pantheon of spectacular developments, whether a villa or a luxury home, a renovation or a rehabilitation project.
United by our common values and our belief that individual ideas are improved upon by our designers and collaborators to form a continual and collective cycle of innovation, we have built a strong practice culture around the exceptional skills of our people. We embrace their diverse backgrounds and the rich perspective they bring to our studio.

JA Architecture was founded by French-Lebanese architect Joe Aoun. The staff brings together architects, interior architects, digital design and delivery experts, urban designers and planners with a breadth of local and global experience. This multi-disciplined team is uniquely qualified and passionate about creating transformative spaces.
We operate as a single studio with our teams based in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, Monaco, Paris, Beiru, Dubai & Abu Dhabi, and enjoy a strong collaborative relationship with our network of innovative collaborators following a seamless start to finish process.
