Steve Strachota has a diverse and extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Steve started their career in 1990 at Procter & Gamble, where they provided financial and strategic leadership for the expansion of P&G's Health Care business throughout Europe. Steve then moved on to CADBURY RUSSIA & CIS, where they served as Managing Director and successfully turned around a $300 million confectionary business.

After that, Steve joined Tesco PLC as the Finance Director in Poland, Managing Director for UK and Ireland Distribution, and finally as the Development Director where they led a transformation of the company's operating model.

Later, Steve joined Southeastern Grocers as the Chief Supply Chain Officer, overseeing procurement, space planning, store operations, logistics, and strategic planning. Steve also served as the EVP of Operations, responsible for supply chain, store operations, and Chief Information Officer.

Currently, Steve is the Chief Operating Officer at JA-RU, Inc., where they are leading the transformation of the family-owned business and building a professional leadership team across various functions.

Steve Strachota received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Economics from Wittenberg University between 1986 and 1990. Steve later pursued their MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, completing it between 1993 and 1995.
