Ken Bailey has a diverse and extensive background in aviation maintenance and quality control, with key roles at JAARS, Inc. since March 2023. Previously, Ken served in various capacities at JAARS, Inc. from 1998 to 2020, including Assistant Chief Inspector, where responsibilities involved quality control, tool calibration, and technical writing. Ken also held positions as Chief Inspector for both Parts Manufacturing Approval and FAA Certified Repair Station. Prior to JAARS, experience includes working with Wycliffe Bible Translators from 1978 to 2020 as an A&P mechanic and Chief of Maintenance, as well as contributions to prototype development at The King's Engineering Fellowship. Earlier roles included employment at Lincoln Aviation Inc., Evangel Aircraft Corporation, and Lonview Piper, specializing in maintenance and assembly of aircraft. Ken studied at LeTourneau University from 1971 to 1973, enhancing a career rooted in aviation expertise.
