Jaberu Recruitment Services (formerly known as Peace Recruitment Services) is a specialist recruitment agency in Edinburgh supporting construction, trades, waste management, manufacturing, and business support sectors across Scotland. We are a proud, award-winning specialist recruitment consultancy dedicated to connecting great people with great companies.
Established in 2011, Jaberu Recruitment Services delivers professional, compliant recruitment across Scotland, with a strong reputation for reliability and long-term partnerships. We work closely with businesses across the Central Belt, providing recruitment solutions tailored to each sector’s operational and compliance requirements.

Our experienced consultants bring over 60 years of sector-specific recruitment knowledge, allowing us to match the right people to the right roles while protecting our clients from risk. Every placement is handled with care, transparency, and attention to cultural fit, not just availability.
As an established SME, our hands-on team of experienced consultants and resourcing managers specialise in supplying temporary and permanent staff to support peak workloads, long-term growth, and urgent staffing gaps—always without compromising on quality.

We’re also committed to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and industry practice. Jaberu Recruitment Services holds key accreditations, including:
•	Constructionline Gold
•	SSIP Acclaim
•	Workforce Assured
•	ISO9001
•	Crown Commercial Service / LVPS

Our values extend beyond recruitment. As proud supporters and charitable members of The Lighthouse Club, the construction industry’s charity, we contribute to improving wellbeing and support across the sector we serve.
