Andrew Fuller

Andrew Fuller is an accomplished IP Counsel with extensive experience in intellectual property management and licensing. Currently at Jabil since January 2004, Andrew has global responsibility for all IP matters and has successfully developed an in-house IP practice and strategy tailored to various business sectors. Prior to Jabil, Andrew held the position of Licensing Counsel at Motorola, where a licensing portfolio of essential patents was managed for telecommunications standards targeting major Japanese and Korean manufacturers, in addition to creating licensing programs for cordless phone manufacturers. Earlier roles include serving as Latin American Intellectual Property Counsel at Motorola Solutions, providing support for business ventures and technical teams across multiple countries in the region. Andrew holds a B.S. in Engineering, Computer Science from the University of Florida and a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Miami School of Law.
