Andrew Matika

Andrew Matika has a diverse background in automotive restoration, inventory planning, and management. Starting at PSI Motorsports from June 2004 to June 2010, Andrew gained hands-on experience in automotive restoration, including sandblasting, painting, welding assistance, and motor assembly. During a concurrent role at Western Michigan University as a Dining Supervisor from February 2006 to June 2009, Andrew managed employee schedules and supervised a team of 12-15. Andrew further developed expertise in inventory planning and management through various positions at Jabil, serving as an Inventory Planner, New Product Introduction Manager, and Master Planner from February 2010 to 2012, and as a Workcell Manager, Manufacturing Line Manager, and Materials Manager at Jabil Healthcare from September 2017 to August 2019. Additionally, an internship at Stryker in May 2008 involved developing a cost-saving and time-efficient system for a key product.
