Austen Cook is a seasoned Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in managing product roadmaps and strategies, particularly for the IBM Data Resilience Portfolio across major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and IBM Cloud. With a career at IBM spanning nearly two decades, Austen made significant contributions in various roles, including I.T. Consultant and Software Test Lead, focused on implementation success and performance testing for Spectrum Protect. Prior experience includes designing and deploying complex storage environments and managing substantial budgets for hardware development. Austen holds a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems and Operations Management, both obtained from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management.
