Ben Oster

Ben Oster is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in chemical engineering and intellectual property law. With experience at Global Patent Solutions LLC as a Patent Analyst and various roles at Jabil, including Senior Corporate Counsel and Patent Engineer, Ben has developed expertise in managing intellectual property matters. Prior military service as a Soldier in the North Dakota Army National Guard included deployment to Iraq. Ben held multiple positions at POET, a leading biofuels producer, contributing as a Senior Development Engineer and Research Scientist. Academic credentials include a JD from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, earned summa cum laude, and dual M.S. and B.S. degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota.
