Claire Mansfield

Claire (Abberger) Mansfield, Ph.D., is an experienced professional specializing in talent assessment and organizational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Manager of Global Talent Experience and Assessment at Jabil, Claire has held significant roles across various organizations, including Trane Technologies as a Talent Assessment expert and Associate Director at Shelter Employee Engagement & Development (SeeDS). Additionally, Claire has contributed as an External Research Consultant at Organizational Science Consulting & Research and as a Senior Organizational Effectiveness Consultant for Volunteer Program Assessment (VPA).
