Daniel Guo

Daniel Guo is an accomplished NPI project manager at Jabil, with over a decade of experience in managing complex projects and cross-functional teams. Since December 2011, Daniel has established a project operations handbook and driven operational activities to meet cost, quality, delivery, and reliability goals, overseeing 58 PCA NPI programs from proto-build to mass production. Prior experience at Palm as Technical Operations Manager Asia involved supporting the establishment of factory operational and quality report systems, driving improvements with suppliers, and resolving complex build issues using process analysis tools. Earlier roles include Program Manager and Sustaining Engineering Manager at Calcomp, where Daniel provided technical support for new products, managed PCA business support, and led product quality control efforts. Daniel began professional career as an NPI Coordinator at Friwo after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics design and manufacture and automatics from Harbin University of Science and Technology.
