Dave Pan

Dave Pan is a seasoned Senior IT Manager with extensive experience in the semiconductor and electronic manufacturing sectors. They worked at TE Connectivity from 2006 to 2018, advancing through multiple roles and managing IT teams at various international sites. Currently, at Jabil since 2018, Dave oversees over 50 IT staff and focuses on IT transformation initiatives. They also have a strong background in developing ERP and MES systems, having spent significant time at Dongguan Sitec Semiconductor Ltd. early in their career. Dave is a graduate of Canada Royal Roads University and is skilled in IT strategy, operation management, and digital transformation.
