Debbie Hume

Debbie Hume is a Senior Regional Human Resources Manager with extensive experience as a strategic HR Business Partner, adept at aligning business values and goals with HR initiatives. Previously, they worked at Jabil from 2009 to 2023, where they managed HR practices and served as an M&A Integration Lead for newly acquired sites in South Africa and Finland. Debbie holds an MCIPD in Human Resources Management from Deans Community High School, where they studied from 1976 to 1982, and began their career as an HR Consultant at NEC Semiconductors from 1999 to 2002.
