FERNANDO RODRIGUEZ

Fernando Rodriguez is a Sr Lean Six Sigma Manager at Jabil, where they focus on driving continuous improvement initiatives. Previously, they held positions as Program Manager at Takata and Six Sigma Project Manager at AMETEK, leading numerous Six Sigma and Lean projects that realized significant cost savings. Fernando also served as Continuous Improvement Manager at Kimball Electronics Group and ITW automotive, where they coordinated various improvement initiatives and developed a Lean Six Sigma culture. Additionally, they have been a teacher and coach at Universidad TecMilenio since 2009, specializing in quantitative methods and quality systems. Fernando holds a Master's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing from UTPA and is pursuing a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
