Gary's background includes roles at Honeywell, Alcoa, and LTV Steel Company, with responsibilities spanning employee relations, organizational development, and labor relations. Gary earned a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northwestern University.
